TERMS AND CONDITIONS: LUXE ROYALE EVENT RENTALS

These Terms & Conditions govern all rental transactions with Luxe Royale Event Rentals LLC. By placing a rental order or making a payment, you agree to the following:

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your rental booking.

The balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.

We accept payment via credit/debit card or secure bank transfer.

Bookings are not confirmed until a signed agreement and deposit are received.

2. RENTAL MINIMUM
A $1,000 rental minimum applies to all orders. This ensures our high-touch service and efficiency.

3. DELIVERY & PICKUP
Rentals include delivery and retrieval at your event location.

Setup and breakdown are not included and must be managed by your planner or event team.

Delivery windows will be confirmed in advance and must be respected for timely service.

4. RENTAL ITEM OWNERSHIP
All Luxe Royale-owned chairs, centerpieces, lounge furniture, and accessories are the property of Luxe Royale Event Rentals and/or Luxe Royale Events.

Items must be returned in the condition delivered. Clients may not alter or relocate items outside the agreed terms.

5. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR CLEANING FEES
The client is responsible for any missing, damaged, stained, or burned rental items.

A repair or replacement fee will be assessed and invoiced.

Luxe Royale may require a damage deposit or card on file prior to delivery.

6. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable in full.

In the case of force majeure or unforeseen emergencies, a one-time reschedule may be offered, subject to availability.

Client-requested reschedules made more than 30 days in advance may be accommodated for a fee, based on availability.

Rescheduling requests within 30 days are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. MEDIA USAGE
Luxe Royale Event Rentals may photograph our rental items onsite and use those images for marketing, web, or social media.

To request exclusion from marketing, contact us in writing prior to the event.

8. LIABILITY
Luxe Royale Event Rentals is not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use or placement of rental items after delivery. Once items are delivered and accepted, the client assumes full responsibility for their supervision, placement, and safe usage.


We are not liable for issues related to venue access restrictions, third-party mishandling, or improper use by guests or staff.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Louisiana, with all disputes settled in Jefferson Parish courts.
